HOW WE MAKE SHIFT HAPPEN
Our approach starts with a fundamental shift in thinking. People must think differently before they can do differently. We shift them from thinking like an organization that takes work requests and manages their spending to an organization that is proactively identifying ways of working and initiatives that drive improvements to customer satisfaction, team member satisfaction, and profitability.
This first step is accomplished by implementing our proven ways of working to develop a culture of discipline, trust, transparency and accountability. Then we shift focus to integrating our advanced practices to dramatically improve their operational and mission-based outcomes.
Strategic Transformation Phases:

We start our engagements by sending in a Senior Transformation Consultant to gather and prioritize all the customer's operations and mission-based work. We re-rationalize all work to ensure it’s focused on things that will improve customer satisfaction, team member satisfaction, and profitability. All work that does not meet the criteria is canceled.
We have found that on average 50% of the work that was being done doesn’t meet this criterion. This allows our customers to immediately repurpose their team members on the remaining work creating enormous velocity toward outcomes that will drive growth for their company.
