The Transformation Leader is working as both coach and consultant driving major shifts in the way our clients think and work. During the transformation, it’s easy for customers to slip back into old ways of thinking and working, and not unusual for them to ask supporting 120VC team members to do something status quo. When that happens, the 120VC team member will bring the request back to the team and the Transformation Leader to ensure alignment with the deep work they are doing with their clients before proceeding.
