Project Management Methodology Licensing — 120VC’s proprietary project management methodology is built on the conceptual framework and principles provided by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides a comprehensive and rigorous means for applying those principles to ensure project success. It includes the use of an integrated suite of project management processes and templates, governance, quality assurance, training, certification, and, most importantly, leadership support, all of which enable Project Managers to develop comprehensive plans that can be used to forecast the impact of progress, lack of progress, and issues on project end dates and cost; to manage and complete projects successfully regardless of scale or subject matter; and to continually develop and hone their project management skills.

Through this program, we provide all of the project management tools in our toolkit to your organization, allowing those looking to develop an internal project management center of excellence with scalable services an alternative that doesn't require them to incur the cost or invest the time and headcount necessary to develop and maintain one themselves.

It serves as the cornerstone of 120VC’s rigorous on-the-job training program, which recognizes that the most effective learning results from reading as well as from practice, explanation, and demonstration.
  • Project Management Templates, 120VC’s proprietary suite of templates that are seamlessly integrated with the methodology and referenced in the Guidebook.
  • Weekly Project Audit Checklists, which are integral in the on-the-job training of Project Managers and in the system of checks-and-balances that is key to the success of 120VC’s project management methodology.
  • Instructor-Led Project Management Training, a comprehensive suite of training courses that clarify 120VC’s project management methodology and help prepare Project Managers for the 120VC Project Management Certification (120PMC) exam.
  • 120VC Project Management Certification, which indicates mastery of the 120VC project management methodology in concept and in practice and is a precursor for Auditor training and certification.
