  • Sr. Project Manager 1 - Director

Qualifications

  • 8 + years working as a project manager (14,560 hrs. +).
  • Managed project budgets in excess of $5M.
  • Managed projects with 30+ direct reports.
  • Project Owners or managers were Vice President or above.
  • Managed project teams over multiple geographical locations (preferably domestic and international).
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Very organized and articulate.
  • Analytical problem solving skills.
  • Completed training course in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects according to the 120VC methodology.
  • Participate in weekly project audits for assigned projects.
  • Maintain at least a 95% audit average.
  • Effectively lead project teams and customer executives (not a note taker).
  • Develop relationships with project team members and customer executives.
  • Develop solutions to project issues and effectively communicate solutions to the auditor, account manager and customers.
  • Demonstrate mastery of the 120VC Project Management Methodology both orally and in practice.
  • Effectively train, mentor and perform the duties required of an Auditor.
  • Identify customer issues, develop effective solutions and successfully manage the communication to the customer.
  • Conduct 120VC Project Management Methodology training courses.
  • Master portfolio / account level responsibilities associated with 120VC clients.
  • Escalate sales opportunities to Account Manager and Auditor and collaborate on development of contracts and statements of work as a subject matter expert.
  • Promote the 120VC methodology by educating project participants, stakeholders, & customers on its use and merit.
  • Perform any other duties assigned.

Requirements for Promotion to Sr. Project Manager 2 or Account Manager

  • Consistently demonstrate the effective performance of the responsibilities outlined for a Senior Project Manager 1
  • Maintain at least a 95% audit average and qualify for a bonus for the past 3 consecutive quarters.
  • Conduct 60 hours of 120VC Project Management Methodology training courses.
  • Consistently demonstrate ability to effectively train, mentor and perform the duties required of an Auditor.
  • Master the 120VC methodology – Obtain 120VC Project Management Certification (120VCC).
  • Obtain the 120VC Auditor credential
  • Obtain PMP certification.
  • Consistently demonstrate effective portfolio / customer account management.
